multiple benefits to study abroad to welcome them after the pandemic. The
number of students enrolled in Australian universities has grown from 17% in
2019 to 23% in 2022, thanks to multiple initiatives that continue to attract study abroad
This waiver is available to students who obtained a student visa to study in Australia on or after 1 February 2020 but could not complete the study program due to the pandemic. This waiver will also be extended to fully vaccinated students with a valid student visa who could not travel to Australia between 19 January 2022 and 19 March 2022. Students can apply for a refund anytime until 31 December 2022.
You will be allowed the extra time to
submit the English proficiency test scores, biometric and health examination
documents. This facility is available to new students who want to study in
Australia but, for some reason, are unable to submit these documents within the
specified time. However, please remember that to avail this benefit, you have
to share the necessary steps taken to get the necessary documents and also
provide supporting evidence.
Due to acute workforce shortages due to
the pandemic, the Australian government has relaxed the work hours. So, if you
are planning to study in Australia, you can work for more than 40 hours a
fortnight irrespective of the sector. However, please remember that you can
work for long hours as long as you meet the minimum attendance and academic
score set by your university.

or after 1 December 2021. If you possess the relevant skills as per the Skilled
