Poovidha’s research mechanism

Poovidha has a friend studying in the UK who cleared her doubts and provided valuable advice. Furthermore, she sought advice from a well-known education consultant, a professional expert in providing guidance related to the academic journey. This education counsellor helped her find the right university and directed her through the university application and documentation process. Education consultants shared interesting insights into drafting the Statement of Purpose (SOP), Resume, and more such documents. Besides, she also conducted thorough desktop research to explore study programs and universities.

Her reasons for pursuing higher education

Poovidha believed that gaining work experience after graduation would help her get hands-on experience and map the scope of her domain. This worked in her favour as it provided her with clarity on the course she wanted to pursue and the career path she wanted to excel in. Soon after her 2-year contract with her employer ended, she began planning her higher education journey by applying to the university. Please remember (although not mandatory) that many international universities prefer students with prior work experience, which works in their favour during the overall application process.
