What you must know about the Netherlands student visa
To study in the Netherlands, you will need a provisional residence permit also known as machtiging tot voorlopig verblijf (MVV). This visa acts like an entry visa needed to stay in the Netherlands for more than 90 days. In addition to MVV, you will also need a verblijfsvergunning (VVR), which is a regular residence permit. You can apply for MVV and VVR simultaneously.
